The M-Tac Old Skull velcro patch is a so-called “morale patch”, which is attached to the arm pad with velcro (the patch itself has a corresponding velcro surface on the reverse), or to equipment – backpacks, helmets, etc. It is not statutory, but it can be worn both in the sphere of combat duty and outside it.
